Please make sure that your IQbuds2 Max and App are both up to date with the latest versions.
Next, check that the LED at the front of the IQstream TV is flashing white. This will indicate that the IQstream TV is searching for a device to pair with. Place your Phone on top or next to the Flashing IQstream TV.
If you open your app, the below pop up should appear.
If this did not happen, it is possible that the locations on your phone have been turned off. Please see the Android instructions on how to turn this on and off here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3467281?hl=en
Once the Locations have been turned on, please try the above pairing process again.
