For your IQbuds™ to be successfully paired you will need to see the following in your Bluetooth settings.
- IQbudsApp_XXX
- IQbudsBoost_XXX
If the 1st is missing, the App will not work. If the 2nd is missing, music and phone calls will not work.
If you would follow the instructions below, we can hopefully remedy the issue you are having.
First, please go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone and be sure that there are no IQBuds devices listed. If there are please click on the i in the blue circle and "forget this device".
Go to your IQbuds App and in the about section (the bottom left of the screen) you will find First Time Setup. The App will guide you through the setup.
Please note, when you are prompted to go to your Bluetooth settings you will see IQbuds_XXX listed under "other devices" select this and it will connect and bring up to "My devices".
Then go to the upper left corner where it says IQbuds and click to return to the IQbuds App.
You will then have a white pop up box that says "Bluetooth Pairing Request" Select Pair. This will pair the IQbudsApp_XXX.
The next screen you will see should show that you have paired successfully.
Follow through with the remaining prompts within the App.
