When you plug your Charge Case into a USB socket please check the following things:
- You are using the charge cable supplied with your IQbuds or IQbuds Boost.
- The power supply you are connected to is switched on, and if charging from a Laptop that it has enough power to charge.
If you have tried using different cables, and have had no success, please try using a different power source. You may even have to repeat the above step of trying different USB cables in this new power source.
If you have checked these two things and the buds are still not charging, first try a different cable. If you find you have success with a different cable, please contact us here at Nuheara to receive new cable.
If you have no success with the above, it is possible that the issue may lie with your charge case. Replacement Charge Cases can be purchased on our online store, or if you meet the warranty requirements please complete the replacement form with the results of your testing.
